Economics

The one page about money: what the mint does with the price, what flows into an account later, and what the project gains.

Every rule here is fixed in the contract. Nothing here is a promise or a forecast. A 6551 account is not an investment.

The price is announced before the mint. Until then this page gives every number as a share of the currently set price. The blurred amounts are placeholders, not the price.

Where one mint price goes

PartShare of the priceAmountGoes to
PNL purchase50%0.000 ETHthe new account, as PNL
Gas1.19%0.000 ETHthe new account, as ETH
Proceeds48.81%0.000 ETHthe project Safe
Price100%0.000 ETHone 6551 account

So 51.19% of what you pay goes into your own account: half as PNL, the rest as ETH for gas.

Mint terms

Supply6,551, a hard cap. The owner can only lower it. Lowering it to the number minted ends the mint for good.
Per transaction1 to 10.
Pricethe same for every mint, fixed in the contract. Announced before the mint.
Reservednone. Token #1 is the first public mint.
Pay from another chainpossible through Relay; Relay takes its own fee.

The PNL purchase

Whereone swap per mint transaction on the ETH/PNL Uniswap v4 pool of the Pons launchpad (live since 2026-09-14). The PNL goes straight into each new account. See the pool and its history: DexScreener.
How much PNLdepends on the pool at the moment of your mint. Nobody can say it in advance. The Mint page shows your minimum before you sign.
Price-move capthe swap stops at a 3% price move. ETH it did not spend stays in the account as ETH.
Your minimumif the pool gives less than your setting allows (2% by default), the mint stops; you pay only the network fee.
Fallbackif the swap cannot run at all, that half stays in the account as ETH and the mint goes on. A mint still fails if your gas limit is too low, or below your minimum.
Hook feethe Pons hook keeps 2% of the PNL the pool gives out (measured on a fork, 2026-09-29).
Orderevery mint is a market purchase of PNL and moves its price up. Earlier mints get more PNL units for the same ETH; later mints get fewer.

What flows into an account later

Everything an account takes in stays in the account, and moves with the NFT. With an agent at work, that can be:

Swap resultstokens the agent buys with the account's assets land in the account.
Liquidity feesa Uniswap position the account holds collects its pool fees into the account.
Launchpad claimsa launchpad claim that belongs to the account (for example a creator share on Pons) is collected into the account.
Yieldany yield, interest or reward that a position of the account accrues belongs to the account.
Anything sent to itETH, tokens and NFTs that anyone sends to the account address on chain 4663.

Nothing here is paid by the project. What flows in depends on what the owner or the agent does, and it can be zero or a loss.

Royalty

Rateat most 5% (a limit in the contract), set by the owner.
Receiverthe project Safe (fixed).
Paid?marketplaces decide. OpenSea uses its own creator-fee settings. No royalty is shared with holders.

Our interests

Proceeds48.81% of every mint price, to the project Safe, which the project owner controls.
Royaltyup to 5% of a sale, where a marketplace pays it, to the same Safe.
Our PNLRob #1's treasury (0xcAda546F6A6DdDe31b71Ab21ef63D3EbF09fA553, operated by the project owner) holds 16.55% of the 1,000,000,000 PNL supply (block 77,332,255, 2026-10-01). Every mint buys PNL, which moves its price up for every holder, our treasury included.
Pons creator feeRob #1 launched PNL on Pons; as its creator it gets a share of the hook fee on every PNL swap, each mint swap included.

Check it yourself: balanceOf(0xcAda546F…a553) on the PNL token 0xbBa60AB93Fc409b1A34371CBF6c3173795Ed2c7e (chain 4663), divided by totalSupply().

Owner powers

Canopen the mint once; lower the supply cap; set the royalty up to 5%; stop the face writer for good.
Cannotchange the price, the split, the pool or the Safe; touch any NFT, account, face record or data; pause; upgrade.

What a holder does not get

  • No share of the proceeds, the royalty, the treasury or the fees.
  • No distribution of any kind.
  • No claim on the project, on Rob #1 or on any other account.
  • No guarantee of any value. You own the NFT and what its wallet holds, nothing else.

Risks

  • Token prices move. The PNL in an account can lose all of its value.
  • The pool can be thin. A large sale moves the price a lot.
  • An agent can lose what it uses. You set its limits.
  • The chain has one sequencer. It can stop or reorder transactions.
  • Smart contracts can have bugs: ours and others' (the pool, the hook, the account code).
