This page states what a POLYROB is, what it is not, who may use it, what the project's treasury is, and what can go wrong. It is written to be true, not to be reassuring. It is not legal, financial, investment or tax advice.
6551 Account for POLYROBs is a collection of at most 6,551 ERC-721 tokens, each named "POLYROB #N" (below: "a POLYROB"). At mint, the canonical ERC-6551 registry creates an account that the token owns (a direct clone of Tokenbound AccountV3; non-upgradeable). Whoever holds the token controls the account. There are no grants and no second keys: an agent (for example POLYROB, open-source software you run yourself) uses the account only by owning the token. When the token moves, control of the account moves with it.
| Custody | non-custodial · the project holds no key to any POLYROB or account and cannot move, freeze or recover anything in one |
|---|---|
| Collection contract | the owner can open the mint once, lower the supply cap, set the royalty rate (≤ 5%) and stop the face writer for good — nothing else; the price, the split, the pool and the metadata are fixed in the code; no power over any token, any account or any face record |
| This website | the mint point during the mint, and an interface for viewing POLYROBs and preparing calls to public contracts; it holds no keys and signs nothing. No POLYROB needs it after the mint: the metadata, the face record and the journal are on the chain |
| Standards | ERC-721 · ERC-6551 · ERC-8004 · ERC-1271 · ERC-2981 — published ERCs; the account, registry and identity contracts are third-party canonical bytecode |
A POLYROB gives no right to any profit, revenue, fee, treasury or asset of the project, of POLYROB, of Rob #1 or of any other POLYROB.
The project pays nothing to holders: no rewards, no airdrops, no revenue share. The mint purchases $PNL into the new POLYROB's own account (see Economics); after the mint, what an account holds is only what its owner, or an agent that owns the token, put or claimed into it.
No skills, memory, goals or rules travel with a POLYROB. Its journal is a history of past decisions by past owners and their agents, not advice and not a prediction.
The project does not operate POLYROBs for others, does not give advice, and does not run any agent on any holder's behalf.
Each face and its traits, including its tier, are drawn at random at the reveal; nobody chooses them. A trait says how a face looks, not what it is worth.
Half of each mint price buys $PNL in the mint transaction and goes straight into that POLYROB's own account, with a small fixed amount of ETH as gas money. The rest and the royalties are revenue of the fixed proceeds Safe. The mint price is announced before the mint. Nothing is held for holders as a group and nothing is paid to holders.
Rob #1 is the project's own production POLYROB instance. Its treasury
0xcAda546F6A6DdDe31b71Ab21ef63D3EbF09fA553 is operated by the project owner. At block
72,023,494 (2026-09-25) it held 122,200,422 $PNL — 12.22% of the 1,000,000,000 supply — and at block
77,332,255 (2026-10-01) 165,486,471 $PNL — 16.55% — most of it bought by Rob #1's own automated
purchases, and it is credited Pons creator fees on $PNL swaps. The treasury has no
published policy for its $PNL yet; this page will state it when one exists. These numbers change;
the block is always stated.
Every mint is a market buy of $PNL, which also benefits other $PNL holders, Rob #1's treasury included (it is credited Pons creator fees on the mint swap). Holding a POLYROB gives no right to Rob #1's treasury, to its profits or to its fees. Holding $PNL gives no right to a POLYROB.
It uses only the accounts of POLYROBs its own address owns. It never uses a POLYROB owned by anyone else.
The project cannot move, freeze or recover anything in it.
POLYROBs are not offered to, and are not intended for, persons located or resident in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Switzerland, or in any country or region under comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or any person on a sanctions list of the UN, the US, the EU or the UK. The mint interface will block these locations, screen wallets against sanctions lists and ask for a representation. Do not use a VPN or any other means to get around these limits. The list will be confirmed by counsel before the mint.
| Stock tokens | issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Ltd as tokenized debt securities; not available to persons in the US, Canada, the UK or Switzerland, or to Prohibited Investors under the issuer's terms. The issuer can pause, block, freeze, void or recover them, including tokens held for an ineligible person |
|---|---|
| POLYROBs and stock tokens | anyone can send stock tokens to a POLYROB's account, and nothing in the contract stops it. A buyer of a POLYROB that holds stock tokens must be eligible under the issuer's terms. The project's own POLYROBs never hold stock tokens |
| Age | 18 or older |
| Value | a POLYROB and everything in its account can lose all value, at any time, for any reason. Past journal entries do not predict anything |
|---|---|
| Sale safety | token approvals given by an account survive a sale and are not stopped by the lock. Before you buy, open the Account page: it must show no open approvals with a complete check, the account must be locked, and you must buy before the lock ends. Marketplaces do not show this. There is no escrow |
| Your agent | an agent that owns a POLYROB controls its account fully, like any owner. It acts within the limits your software sets. To take the POLYROB back, the agent must send it back; to stop the agent, pause it |
| Your software | POLYROB is open-source software provided as is. You run it, you configure it, and you are responsible for what it does with your account. AI output can be wrong |
| Third-party contracts | the ERC-8004 registries are upgradeable by their upstream owner; the Tokenbound guardian is a third-party multisig; stock tokens are upgradeable by their issuer; the chain has a centralised sequencer and a 7-day exit to Ethereum |
| Face record | after the reveal, one fixed address of the project writes each face's picture fingerprint on the chain, once. A wrong record cannot be changed or removed, but anyone can check it against the seed and the engine on the chain. The picture files live on IPFS and Arweave, outside the chain: if nobody keeps them, a marketplace may show no picture until someone stores the same file again |
| Third-party sites | marketplaces, royalty vaults and "yield" sites may list POLYROBs without the project's consent. None is affiliated with or endorsed by the project. Any approval you give them stays on your account |
| Smart contracts | code can have bugs. The collection contract is not upgradeable and cannot be fixed after deploy |
| Law and tax | you are responsible for the law and the taxes that apply to you |
| Mint | a fixed price per POLYROB, announced before the mint, plus gas: half of it buys $PNL into the new POLYROB's account (a market purchase; it can lose all value), a small fixed amount of ETH goes in as gas, the rest goes to the project Safe. See Economics |
|---|---|
| Royalty | ERC-2981, at most 5%, to the proceeds Safe only; advisory — marketplaces may ignore it. Never shared with holders |
| Face licence | stated here before the mint (proposed: CC0) |
| Software | POLYROB, including the face code, is MIT-licensed |
| Terms of Use · privacy | published on this site before the mint opens, together with the deploying entity's name and address |
